Recipe from Mom
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. ( I found that spray - i.e. Pam - does not work well.)
Mix sugar, margarine and eggs together. Add bananas. Stir in Bisquick. add nuts, if desired
Pour into the greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 mins (if that)
**test with toothpick method**
Remove from pan while warm and place on cooling rack
Cooking times may be shortened to around 45 mins so check frequently.
