Basic, all natural banana bread
Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In a large bowl beat butter and brown sugar together until creamy. Beat in 3 eggs.
Fold bananas and vanilla into the wet mixture just until combined.
Fold in dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined.
Scrape into oiled and floured pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
