In large bowl, cream shorting and sugar. Beat in eggs. Blend in bananas and lemon juice. Sift flour, baking sodaand salt. Blend into banana mix. Turn into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
