Yummy banana bread
Oven should be pre-heated to 180 degrees.
Sift your flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
Mix the butter, sugar, banana, eggs and vanilla extract in a clean bowl.
Add these ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine, but don't over-mix.
Pour everything into a non-stick, rectangular loaf pan and bake for about 75 minutes, or until the bread is cooked.
Let the loaf cool for a few minutes before turning it out of the pan.
You can toast slices, or eat it straight away with good quality butter (never margarine!!!).
