The best I've ever had! Soft and moist
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix butter (softened), eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until creamy
3. Add bananas and cinnamon; mix well
4. Add baking soda, salt, sour cream and flour; mix until smooth
5. Pour into a greased, floured loaf pan
6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until done.
