Banana Bread
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside. Cream 2 bananas with sugar, and separately mash remaining bananas. To cream, add butter, eggs, vanilla and beat until smooth. Fold in flour mixture and mashed bananas. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan, tapping to remove air bubbles. Bake 350, 1hr 15min (toothpick test). Cool completely before slicing.
