- preheat oven to 350*
- cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.. add vanilla mix well
- add eggs and beat
- in separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder
- beat dry mix into creamed mix
- mash bananas and stir into mix
- pour into greased loaf pans
- bake 1 hour
