Makes 2 loaves.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Cream together Butter and Sugar. Cream in Eggs.
Separately, mash bananas. Mix in Raisins and Baking soda.
Make batter: blend Butter mix and Banana mix on medium-low speed.
Separately, sift Flour and Salt twice; should have 4 cups AFTER sifting.
Blend Flour with batter well on medium-low speed.
Pour into 2 greased bread pans.
Bake 1 hour, 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when tested.
Tip: Line bottom of greased bread pans with wax paper for easy removal.
