Suggest a better description- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel and cut the bananas into 1 inch pieces.
- Mix the banana pieces and lemon juice together in a bowl until the bananas are mashed.
- Add all other ingredients and mix until the flour is moistened. (Don't over mix, it should be lumpy)
- Pour into a greased 8 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for about 55-65 minutes (check it around 45 minutes...it is done when a toothpick comes out clean)
- Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes then flip it onto a cooling rack to finish cooling.
