PREP:
- Thaw the frozen Bananas
- Soak the raisens in Hot water
- Crush the walnuts into smaller pieces
- Line the pan w/ Parchment Paper
MIX:
- In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients using an electric mixer for 3~5 minutes
- Pour the ingredients in the lined baking tray
BAKE:
- Heat oven to 375ยบ and bake for 60 ~ 65 minutes, test with a toothpick
- Bake till Golden Brown
- Place on a cooling rack and let it rest for 30 minutes
