Gram's recipe
1. Blend together sugar, softened butter, and eggs.
2. Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. (I usually just put in the soda & powder then add the flour).
3. Add the mashed bananas, the cranberries, chopped nuts and vanilla extract.
4. Pour into a greased loaf pan. (I prefer to put parchment paper in the pan - comes out easier)
5. Bake at 375° F for approximately an hour. (This depends on the size of the pan)
6. It is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
