Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. You can add nuts or chocolate chips, if you like.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
