Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325. Prepare 2 large loaf pans.
Beat first 6 ingredients together.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into banana mixture.
Reserving a handful of nuts for decorating top of loaves, stir remainder into batter with raisins if desired.
Pour batter into 2 loaf pans, decorate with reserved nuts.
Bake about 50 - 60 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn out and cool thoroughly.
