Grease pans. Makes 2 loaves
Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs and beat to incorporate
Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to butter mixture until just combined.
Add bananas, sour cream, yogurt, and vanilla to combine. Mix in nuts
Pour in pans and bake approx 1 hour 10 min or until tester is clean
Rest in pan 10 min. Cool on rack
