Preheat Oven to 180°C
Stir melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla extract.
Add flour, bicarb soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat well until smooth. Will be very heavy if you don't beat it well.
Fold in sour cream and mashed bananas.
Sprinkle with raw sugar if desired.
Bake for 60-80 minutes. Cool in pan - needs large loaf tin or square tin.
(Can be frozen).
