A simple recipe, that can be made in a loaf tin or as muffins
Stir dry ingredients together. Mash bananas in a separate bowl, then beat in butter/oil and eggs. Add banana mixture to flour mixture and stir to combine.
Bake in greased loaf tin for 60 mins., or muffin tin for 30 mins., at 350(F).
