Banana bread with a little flare!
Preheat oven to 350*
(I do all of my recipes by hand. I feel that they come out tasting 100% better than using modern technology. However, if you're pressed for time or just want to make your life easier, go ahead & use a mixer! :-)
1. Mash the bananas. (I prefer mine a little lumpy)
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well.
Put dough in a greased loaf pan (or some other fun shaped pan - depending on your mood & the occasion.
Bake for roughly 45mins - 1hr. Check up on it every 20mins.
