Delicious, moist banana bread
Cut the butter in to cubes and mix with the flour to make breadcrumbs.
Add the sugar and mix together.
Add the eggs, beaten, and mashed banana.
Mix with a spatula until all ingredients are well mixed.
Add the chocolate chips.
Decant into a greased 1lb loaf tin and bake at 180 for approximately 75 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
