Place baking paper along dish and melted butter along baking paper.
Place butter 30g, sugar 3/4 cup (caster), bananas, eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract (not necessary) in a mixing bowl.
Mix for two minutes. Add the milk and process until combined.
Add 1 1/2 cup of flour and 2 tsp bicarbonate soda. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 1 hour on low or until skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
