The wonderful aroma of these muffins was always a sure bet to get my kids out of bed in the morning.
Beat bananas, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Make well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in banana mixture. Mix until just blended. Spoon into well greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
