Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Preheat oven to 350(F) - mix dry ingredients separately. Mix wet ingredients - sugar, shortening, eggs & vanilla add mashed bananas to wet mixture. Mix dry ingredients to wet mixture, fold in chocolate chips. With ice-cream scoop, fill lined muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 min.
