Grease or line 12 muffin cups with muffin liners
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
In 2 bowl beat together wet ingredients
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened & spoon into muffin cups
Topping - in small bowl mix dry ingredients & cut in butter until it resembles course cornmeal. Sprinkle over muffins
Bake 18-20 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
