Suggest a better descriptionI took 5 ripe banana n few dates(deseeded n washed) grind it in a grinder mixed nearly 100 grms of melted butter (I used Amul)
For dry ingredients.. nearly 2 cups of wheat floor (I used wheat floor one can use maida too) a lil more thn 1/4 th cup of cocoa powder .. one heaped spoon of baking powder.. I spoon of eating soda ... seive all d ingredients (twice or thrice)
Now mix d dry ingredients in tht banana n date purée .. add 1/4 cup of milk ...add a handful of chopped raisins walnuts n chocochips (if u want) .. put it in a greased baking dish .. bake on 180 degree pre heated oven for at least 35-45 mnts
