Nice flavor depth and moisture with plenty of chocolate
Preheat oven to 315 degrees
1.) In mixer cream the sugars and butter. Afterwards, add the following gradually: milk, eggs, bananas, apple sauce, and coffee extract
2.) In a another large bowl, combine the flour, espresso powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder
3.) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
4.) Chop chocolate chips and walnuts roughly in the food processor then add to combined ingredients
5.) Pour into 3 loaf pans and 1 mini loaf pan
Cook mini loaf for 38 minutes
Cook loaf pans for total of 60-70 minutes. Test with wooden skewer
