Place banana, butter, orange juice and juice from lime in a pan over medium heat.
Simmer for 4-5 minutes then add honey.
Simmer and continue to place juice over bananas constantly.
Once banana is golden brown on one side, turn over.
Cook until banana is soft and juice is caramelised.
Banana should be soft and golden brown all over before taking off heat.
After taking bananas off heat, continue tocaramelise sauce for an additional 1-2 minutes
