Suggest a better descriptionCover baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze 10 minutes. Remove pan and scoop ice cream into 2 small balls and chill.
Peel bananas and quarter them; set aside. Pour banana liquor and dark rum in glass measuring cups; heat 3 tablespoon butter in skillet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon over butter, cook until dissolved. Remove pan from heat and stir in banana liquor. Add banana and cook until soft. Remove pan from heat; add rum. Return to heat and cook 10 seconds. Light the rum vapor. When flames subside, remove from heat and stir in remaining 3 tablespoon butter. Place ice cream in bowl and serve with banana mix.
