Suggest a better descriptionSift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in bananas and lemon juice. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in walnuts and lemon rind.
Turn batter into greased 9x5 loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
