Good to use when we have left over bananas
-Weigh the required amount of muffin mix into the mixing bowl, then add the flavour addition(s) and water.
-400ml of Water to 1kg of Muffin Mix.
-Cook on Dry at 140 degrees until cooked through
Special Diets -
Vegan/GF/DF use GF cake mix along with soy milk, margarine and Flaxseed Meal as an egg replacer (1 tbsp of Flaxseed Meal to 3 tbsp of water until it becomes a gel-like consistency).
GF/DF use Gluten Free cake mix and add soy milk, margarine and eggs.
