Found on internet. Very tasty banana bread recipe.
Butter the bottom of sides of 5" x 9" loaf pan. Lightly flour the pan and tap out excess flour.
Combine and whisk dry ingredients.
Mash bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract together.
Lightly beat the eggs together.
Mash the banana mixture with the eggs until smooth and well blended.
Pour the banana mixture onto the dry ingredients. Add the walnuts.
Fold the ingredients together until no more white flour is uncovered while folding.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
A wooden toothpick placed into the center should come out clean.
Set on wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Remove loaf from pan and let cool on wire rack. Can be served warm or cooled.
Wrap in plastic and store at room temp for about 4 or 5 days.
