This is good.
Beat shortening and sugar til creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Sift together dry ings. Add alternately with bananas to sugar mixture, beating smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Bake in sprayed loaf pan in 325 F oven 60-70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
