Mom's recipe for banana nut bread.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine bananas and lemon juice in food processor for 5 seconds.
Add nuts and remaining ingredients. Process on and off 12 times. Batter should be lumpy.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until a wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes in pan, then turn out to cool on rack.
