Banana Nut Bread (2 loafs)
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs (one at a time) mixing after each one. Mix in mashed bananas and walnuts thoroughly. Add vanilla.
In separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt, and powder thoroughly. Mix in sugars and cinnamon.
Slowly add in 3 batches mix in dry ingredients into wet. Scraping edges after each.
Pour into loaf pans evenly.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
