2. spray bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan with cooking spray
3. beat butter with mixer in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar and brown sugar. Beat. Add egg and egg whites and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add banana. Beat on High Speed
4. Combine flour, soda, and baking powder. Add to butter mixture alternately with cream ending with flour. Add walnuts
5. pour evenly into pan. bake until brown and tooth pick comes out clean. approximately 1 hr 15 min
