Preheat over to 350 deg. Grease pan.
Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter, beat in eggs and bananas in separate bowl.
Add to dry ingredients. Do not over mix.
Gently stir in vanilla and nuts.
Bake for 45 -60 mins.
Cool for 15 mins before removing form pan.
