Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9-inch springform pan with
cooking spray.
Streusel:
Put flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix. Add butter
and mix just until coarse crumbs form.
Cake:
Put ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Spread
half of batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup streusel and ? cup
nuts. Drop spoonfuls of remaining batter in top; spread gently into an
even layer. Sprinkle with remaining streusel, then nuts.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into center comes out
clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes before removing pan sides.
Cool cake completely.
Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and store at room temperature, or wrap
airtight and freeze.
