Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened; batter should be lumpy. Stir bananas and nuts into batter.
Grease muffins tins (or use liners) and fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pans.
