These are good.
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray muffin cups. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup nuts and 2 Tbsp oats; set aside. In large bowl, mix remaining nuts and oats with flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mash bananas; with fork beat in milk, honey, melted margarine and egg til blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just til moistened (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into muffin pans. Sprinkle with reserved nut-oat mixture. Bake 15-20 min.
