Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl beat cream cheese and butter then gradually add sugar, beating about 7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1minute after each addition.
In separate bowl combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
Alternately add flour mixture and banana mixture to cream cheese mixture just until combined. Stir in pecans.
Pour in grease and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 80 min.
I baked additional 30 min and it was still a little doughy on top. Delicious!
