Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth (approximately 15-30 seconds).
Let batter stand for 5-10 minutes, allowing batter to thicken. Use cooking spray or lightly spread cooking oil to electric griddle so pancakes do not stick.
Heat electric griddle to 375 degrees while batter is sitting. If using a frying pan, set to medium heat. Once griddle is heated, pour about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until you can easily flip pancake.
Repeat until batter is used up. Enjoy with any topping of desire.
