Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375°. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in the egg then the vanilla. Stir in the mashed banana into the wet mixture. Then slowly stir in the dry mixture. Add in the oats and transfer into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
