2. stir together pancake mix, banana, vanilla, egg, milk, oil, and cinnamon
3. Heat large skillet, grease with oil. Pour 1/4 cups of oil at a time into the pan and cook each pancake until golden and set. Drizzle warm cinnamon goo over pancakes.
