A delicious low calorie muffin
*Preheat oven at 350*
1. Mix all the dry ingredients including salt, baking soda, sugar, and flour in a large mixing bowl.
2. Next, add the pumpkin puree and smashed banana, followed by the egg, egg white, applesauce, and yogurt.
3. Spray the pans and pour the mixture.
4. Let bake for 20-30 minutes.
*Please note: if the can of pumpkin puree is large, you may want to us half the can*
Feel free to add raisins or cinnamon, the recipe is not limited.
