This is gluten free, simple and easy to prepare. All you need are three simple ingredients and you'll have a delicious breakfast.
Mash up one ripe banana until it has the consistency of a pudding.
(It may still have pieces of banana)
Add one entire egg and mix until the texture is that of a liquid
Add the tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix a little longer
Place the mixture on a pan on median to high heat and begin to scrape off the edges and folding them into the center as if you were preparing normal scrambled eggs.
