the walnuts give a nice crunch to this tasty cake.
1) Preheat oven at 175C and line an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2) Sift the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder) and set aside.
3) Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the sifted dry ingredients.
4) Add in eggs one at a time, whisk until combine.
5) Fold in vanilla extract and mashed bananas until well blended.
6) Add chopped walnuts into the batter.
7) Pour onto prepared pan and bake for 50-55mins or until a skewer comes out clean.

? replaced cake flour with 155g plain flour and 15g corn flour.
? replaced walnuts with chocolate chips
