Mush banana, add beaten egg ,stir in coconut oil, and molasses. Add salt, vanilla extract and baking soda stir in. Mix in Brown sugar. Gradually add flour alternately with milk. Lastly stir in walnuts.
I baked these in a six pan muffin tin so they end up large size in my toaster oven at 375 for 25 minutes. If choose smaller size, baking in twelve pan muffin tin in a regular oven probably only 12-15 minutes.
