soften yeast in water with honey and oil, blending thoroughly. allow the mixture to bubble. add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into three greased pans (8x8x2 inches) and set aside for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the batter has risen almost double in bulk. Bake at 350 degree F. for 30 35 minutes. allow to cool, then cut into 1X 4 inch bars. yield 4 dozen bars.
