In deep skillet, place brown sugar, pineapple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Stir well and heat until mixture is boiling and smooth. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise into halves or quarters. Add to sugar mixture in skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, until hot. Add rum. When mixture begins to sizzle, flambe it. If it does not flambe, do not worry - it will still tste great! NOTES : A spicy twist turns bananas into a sensational dessert! Serve over vanilla frozen yogurt, sweetened soft yogurt cheese, or thick yogurt if you wish....but its also great on its own!
