Suggest a better descriptionWhisk eggs, cinnamon, milk, 1 TB brown sugar, and pinch of salt. Pour into deep pie plate.
Soak each bread slice for 2 minutes, turning once. Use all of egg mixture.
Melt 1.5 TB butter over medium heat. Cook 2 bread slices 3 minutes/side. Repeat with 1.5 TB butter and the other 2 slices. Keep warm in 200 degree oven.
Melt 3 TB butter over medium heat. Add bananas and cook 3 minutes. Carefully pour in rum, then add 5 TB brown sugar, vanilla, water, and pinch of salt. Simmer 3 minutes.
Serve toast with bananas.
Serves 4.
