it is best to prep the potatoes and kielbasa first, slice the potatoes in round 1/16 thick scallops, do the same with the kielbasa, place each on a separate plate for later. use a 6 to 8 inch deep casserole dish, and coat in no stick spray. next place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of dish being sure to cover bottom completely, next take the kielbasa and spread a layer on top of the potatoes, leaving a slight gap between the kielbasa, take a spoon and lightly dust the potatoes and kielbasa with flour then put a hand full of cheddar cheese and a hand full of montery cheese on the flour then you take the salt and lightly dust the cheese as well as a light dusting of pepper. repeat this process, until you reach about 1/4 inch from the top of bowl, topping it off with the cheddar and montery jack, take the 1/2 cup milk and pour over the top of the dish, then cover with tin foil preheat oven to 375 degrees place in oven for about 2 hours, after two hours take the foil off and return to oven to lightly brown the top layer of cheese about 20 minutes serve it up and enjoy
