1) Arrange two slices of ham lengthwise end-to-end overlapping by 1-inch. Lay 2 cheese slices end-to-end in the center of the overlapping ham slices. At one end of the ham, stack strips of chilies and pimientos.
2) Carefully roll up, jelly-roll fashion; place seam side down on plate.
3) Repeat with remaining ingredients making 7 rolls. Cover and chill.
4) At serving time, slice each ham roll into 7 "Spinners."
